support have asked if you can email the code into support@swtor.com (use the same email address used on your swtor account) and include the account name, let me know when doneSeems the purchase is still being processed in the system

Hello @proxos666 . I'm having the same issues. i've already sent the screenshot of my transaction and steam id but no info yet on when i will get the bundle added in to my account.

I also just bought the join the fight bundle on steam, and it's in my library, and it says I have it installed but I don't have any of the things that are in the bundle, including the subscription, I talked to team service and says. when i checked support could not see an email from you with the required screenshots, has that been sent via the email you have used on the swtor account ?

The linked ea account slayerq894 has been disabled, and uses a Hotmail email address ( this is a different email to what is used on the swtor account )
use this link (insert the Hotmail email address for slayerq894 into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account
Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com

I bought it in steam and i was already linked
When a account is disabled , no gametime can be added to that account until the issue is sorted this includes gametime from steam, it is why it did not apply to the account
Swtor support need the below to get you the gametime, not even support can add gametime until the account issue is resolved

Maybe you should call swtor support when the lines are open if you do not know the hotmail email address on that ea account

if the new screenshots were submitted using the email address used on your swtor account when i checked they did not have it

what i dont get why my ea is different that not my linked account im not getting what is happening
The steam id screenshot is too cropped and will be rejected the screenshot needs to be as seen in the sticky
When you created the swtor account , a ea account is created and linked to that swtor account, that linkage is permanent
The linked EA account has the persona slayerq894 and uses a hotmail email address, likely is the email used to create the swtor account originally
Call swtor support when the lines open in an hour if you cant figure the account email and able to fix that EA account
