When a account is disabled , no gametime can be added to that account until the issue is sorted this includes gametime from steam, it is why it did not apply to the account
Swtor support need the below to get you the gametime, not even support can add gametime until the account issue is resolved
The linked ea account slayerq894 has been disabled, and uses a Hotmail email address ( this is a different email to what is used on the swtor account )
use this link (insert the Hotmail email address for slayerq894 into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account
Be sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com
