Join the Fight Bundle not Recieved

I purchased the "Join the Fight Bundle" as a new player to this game with no alternate accounts or anything of the sorts, and failed to receive the packaged in-game. In the mail, there was no message posted nor does my account on the SWTOR website state that I am a subscriber or anything. I am seeking help to solve this issue.

    Sorry to hear you're missing the bundle you've purchased, I get it can be a bit frustrating when you don't receive what you've paid for.

    Sadly we can't help with account or purchase issues here on the forum for a number of reasons including account security.

    However you can get in touch with SWTOR support direclty and they'll be able to look into this for you.

    Get in touch with SWTOR support and let us know how it goes and if theres anything else we can help you with.

  • So what do you do when you provide the proofs, and then EA and Steam play the blame game, and tell you to talk to the other guy? No one is fixing the problem, and we are out over $40 US? I see a lot of people with this issue, and all of my accounts (EA/Steam/SW:TOR) are all linked. I got the cartel coins I bought after the bundle while in game, instantly. The bundle fails to be added, even when I uninstalled/reinstalled the game, to make sure the bundle was added. Where do we go to help after all that?
