It could be due to the payment status is listed as Open , it needs to say Closed
If the status changes to closed and still issues, initially email mailto:support@swtor.com to check the status
Hi guys,
Bought the Join the Fight Bundle, but my account is still on 'Free-to-Play'.
Is there something i need to do to activate this?
