Just passed level 10, still can't chat

The subject explains it all. I'm level 11, and I still get the message that I'm not allowed to chat as a F2P player until I pass level 10. I tried both general chat and whispering.

    it says f2ps need to be lvl 25 now instead of the misleading lvl10

Having the exact same problem and this sucks hard, I can't talk to friends who got me into the game, I can't ask for help when I want to ask something. I'm level 18 and I still can't chat, I can't even /say it just tells me I need to be level 10.

    Restriction to talk unlocks at lvl 25 after that you get most of the stuff inless you have prefered or subbed lvl 30 isn't the lvl you get ur restriction's removed just wanted to put my 2 cent's out there and i am aware of how late i am at replys >_>
