I just started the Knights of the fallen Thorne and on every cutscene the game freezes and crash. Right now I can't progress at all and I have been playing seen Lvl 1. I even tried lowing the graphic...

Nice little laptop , the Intel video card though is likely the issue unfortunately.
Can you see if this Intel driver for your CPU/GPU installs , you may need to do a manual update per this link if using the HP drivers.
One other thing I noticed is you are running "balanced" on the power options, I strongly recommend you adjust this to "High performance" when playing swtor.
