I edited your title as it is very spoilery and we woulldn't want to ruin the story for other players (even though it's a few years old now).
On what happened here, it is nothing that can be changed anymore, sadly.
Even though I am not able to change it, I can let you know why it happened.
You said you used a token to get to Onslaught and you got a Sith Warrior. When you skip to that expansion, depending on your faction, the game will automatically choose all dark side (empire) or all light side (republic) as they are important for the Onslaught story. So the main story points in KOTFE and KOTET were chosen already for you. You are still able to replay those chapters, but they will not change anything in the outcome and you will not be able to get Senya or Arcann.
If you really want them as companions, I am afraid a new character is the only way.
