Launcher crashes with exit code 2 after 2 seconds.

Hey, I've tried just about every option for troubleshooting the launcher problems the last two days. I've tried both the steam as well as the standalone version of the launcher. Watching both launc...

@proxos666 Yeah, I've the got the linked update and I've downloaded the remaining optional updates with no luck. In the meantime I've also tried disabling the efficiency cores on my processor in case architecture was affecting this, but no luck there as well.

open a command prompt as administrator and run 

sfc /scannow see if it corrects any errors

    Got no errors running the sfc command. Just a note for the status code I mentioned: got it by capturing events using procmon, the exit reason or error code is never mentioned by the launcher itself or the logs.
