Launcher doesn't open
It just doesnt open... It used to work fine. I've reinstalled it multiple times... Just refuses to work. DX Diag: [ Spoiler ] MSinfo: attached cos too big too paste

Open a command prompt as administrator and type the below
netsh int ip reset resettcpip.txt
press enter and then type
netsh winsock reset
press enter , reboot the PC then try the launcher
Still doesn't make a difference ☹️
If you right mouse click on the game folder and select open file location , if there is a patch folder there , delete it
I gather you have tried this repair utility here
I already tried both of those as suggested by other people on previous threads ☹️
What occurs if you create a new windows administrator account , can you start the launcher there ? this new windows account is a test and can be deleted later
also if you have task manager running when you try to start the launcher do you see launcher.exe appear in the list ?
