Launcher doesn't open
It just doesnt open... It used to work fine. I've reinstalled it multiple times... Just refuses to work. DX Diag: [ Spoiler ] MSinfo: attached cos too big too paste

I already tried both of those as suggested by other people on previous threads ☹️
What occurs if you create a new windows administrator account , can you start the launcher there ? this new windows account is a test and can be deleted later
also if you have task manager running when you try to start the launcher do you see launcher.exe appear in the list ?
it works on a new admin account but not my own? how do I fix this?
Ordinarily the clean boot should of identified what was going on if another program was in conflict, fact it didn't may be the AV if it was running on the clean boot.
can you try the below though
Press Win + X and click on Command Prompt (Admin)
- Type in Netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie
- press enter
- Close the Command prompt and restart your PC
It didnt work on clean boot on my account. The new admin account had the same anti virus and it worked fine.

there is only two areas different between the windows accounts , one is appdata and the other is the registry.
to get to the appdata area
- Press the [Windows] Key + [R] at the same time. (The [Windows] key is the key with the Windows icon on it)
- Copy the following in to the text box and press ok:
%localappdata%\swtor\swtor\settingsif you have customised UI profiles copy the GUIProfile folder so you can paste it back later.now scroll up to or follow the windows key + R and use just %localappdata%scroll down and delete all folders called swtor, these will auto create on next launch ( if the launcher appears )it may even be worthwhile running the setup from www.swtor.com/download back over the top of that install.Still didn't do anything
@proxos666Are you using any configuration scripts with chrome ? the launcher uses the chromium framework and can be affected ( just a thought) non standard scripts wont carry over to the new profile
I gather you have removed and re-add the launcher.exe to Kaperskey and unticked scan encrypted connections, this use to be a good thread for kaperskey here
use Avid Mbox 3 or Korg Midi ?
@proxos666 I disabled all my chrome extensions and it didnt make a difference
