Launcher error:Code 961 - WebGet_Error_Timeout
I can't log in tonight and keep getting this error. Can't raise a ticket in game as I can't log in. Wasted Friday night as a subscriber....

normally seen with systems using avast ? is that an antivirus your using ?
961 is a communication error, so reboot the router/modem and remove and add exceptions for launcher.exe to your antivirus and firewall as well
