Launcher fozen on installing main assets
Just started my launcher and downloaded the latest patch. but when installing it locks up on installing main assets 218. iv left it for a good 30 mins now and nothing has happened. i cant close the l...

keep a copy of those files and folders for now
if you try the same thing in a different install location does it persist ?
if it does it likely has to be file related , it maybe worth biting the bullet and delete the asset folder and see if it starts patching correctly , yes it will be a large download , without knowing which file may be a cause it is difficult to eliminate as a cause.
thanks for the help proxo, just gonna have to "bite the bullet" and just redownload the lot. leave it on overnight.

Logic suggests it is highly likely file related
