launcher problem

 i dont know if you can help me but im tired with the support team of EA since yesterday im still trying with the launcher but every time it says that the conexion service is not avaliable and find more details on Twitter but there is nothing about it. My internet is good ive tried to uninstall so many times the launcher and still the same. And also they ask me for a temporary code witch i gave it but they said that is not correct im not dumb. This request of code only happened one time because most of the time im still blocked in the username and password of the launcher. this is a mess i really love the game anybody?
