i gather you have removed and readded exceptions for the launcher to your antivirus and firewall and rebooted the router/modem
there is also a bug presently that if you input an incorrect displayname using invalid characters the login service unavailable is also the message generated
yeah i did all that...😞 this launcher is a **bleep** i can play every games in this world but this one...
