Legacy Rename Gone after claimed

I am a returning player, checking out the changes and i spent 1000cc on a legacy rename token. I used it was proceed to input a new name, and clicked continue. on the next confirmation box Yes/No i selected no to go back and change my mind but the box disappeared and my legacy name is unchanged and the token is no longer in my inventory. Is there another way i can access the name change box or has this glitched on me and is lost?

    @BobLoblaw1981

    Usually the rename option should stay in the window it applies to. So if you have a pending character rename from a token, there will be a button in your Character Window. In your case for the Legacy Rename, you should have the rename option pop up when you open your Legacy Window on the character you consumed the token on.

    I thought that as well but when I go in to my legacy window there are no buttons I can see or click that give me 5hat option, I've emails support anyway to see what they can do, thanks

    I had the same problem, but today I looked in the upper left-hand corner of my legacy page and it says "Rename." I clicked it and was able to rename my legacy.
