Can't log in – Steam account doesn't appear to be linked

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help with an issue I'm having.

Whenever I try to log in, I receive the following error message:

"We can't log you in. Please double-check you're using the Steam account you usually play on and try again."

I've read that this usually means you need to sign in with the Steam account linked to your SWTOR account. However, when I log into my SWTOR account on the website, I can't see any Steam account linked at all—only an EA account is shown.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how I can recover the correct Steam link so I can access my account and play the game again?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
