loading screen stuck

Hello, 

I have a bug, yesterday when I launched the game I could connect, now I'm stuck on the loading page, the one withe the "showdown on ruhnuk". I check the permission, every.exe that need permission have it, I download the game 2 times to re-install it so my co is fine but I'm stuck with the loading screen. (tried steam and the one from the official site).

Does anyone got a solution ?

7.4 a don't seems fix my  freezing issues on the first screen loading to character selection or server menu list thing , me can't do anything and was do repair as well , nothing fixed it ,  am pretty much needed the issues to be fixed , the crash of memory usage is been fixed but can't still playing the game , after 7.4 doesn't seems like me to be playable the game,  guess if it my last time play because 7.3 was fine until 7.4 & 7.a not fix it ,  hope this can be priority to be fix because maybe not only me has this issues but the others guy who might think to stop play as well , i am wasted all my time playing the game now the game has issues... , how  me not sad with this been happening in this patch than 7.3 , and should leave my guild member do their thing alone without me , hopefully it will be listened because need a fix ASAP for it , thank you .

The new 7.4a fix didn’t work!? Broadsword, please fix it!?
I’ve done everything to fix the issue, and it still hasn’t worked. I’m looking at my Ram.. and it’s 83%ram… it’s never that high, and I’m not in the game, yet I’m stuck in the loading screen…. #swtor #broadsword, please fix…. U said you have, but you haven’t…. I have a custom new PC high-end, and it’s using all my RAM, and I can’t even get into the game.

There must be something related to the update. Monday it worked fine, and since I downloaded the update Tuesday (and the patch today) I freeze on the loading screen every time. Apparently I'm not the only one. I've tried EVERY fix I can find and nothing.

Since the last update, I can't play to the game. All I have is the screen of the new content with Heta Kol with her holocron and "Swtor doesn't respond" by Microsoft. I can't even chose the server. I unistall the game ( because I had it on steam and I heard that Steam could be a problem in some cases). So I reinstall the game on its own laucher but I got the same as before. How can I fix this ?
