Locked Medium Elite Commendation Container. I can't turn this in. I go to the operations vendor on the supply side of the Imperial fleet, but they will not accept the the containers.

do you have the items in your inventory?
cause i had them in my bank and i couldnt trade them in. as soon as i put them all in my inventory i was able to trade them and got my crystals!
When I use the "show affordable" it tries to sell me the same container that I'm trying to trade in for crystals. If I "buy" it, the "new" container still does not open and give me crystals, it's absolutely stupid. I want the crystals I earned.
