Looks like you'll need to call in for both your login and launcher issue, we should be able to help out for both issues.
I am having a similar issue accept I can no longer sign in with my account.

You can call CS to see if they can see anything on their end
EA QV Team@BoredArsonist2 You might be getting that error if you have a security key attached but it's become out of sync, it's been happening lately with physical security keys. If you call in as @proxos666 suggested, we should be able to get you logged in.
