Update guys i managed to call customer support and spoke to a different person who was very helpful at first he was cagey about helping me as locked emails they dont usually help with but he must of gone to his supervisor and then we went through the security questions i put on 8 years ago 🤐 that was tough remembering where i ordered my food from back in 2011 but im back in and finally all updated. dont give up guys there are still some good cs reps out there who are willing to help :eahigh_file:

Im having the same problem, called Swtor cs 3 times and yesterday the advisor wento to speak to a supervisor and then i got an negative response.
On my first call i passed the verification questions from 8 years ago as well and it was the advisor who told me my e-mail on the account, e-mail i couldn´t remember tbh, and whne i start to think about it, that e-mail was the one i used to create an ea account for star wars battlefront 1 on ps4. So the e-mail that i use to create the EA account was linked to my swtor account.
I created a new account and bought the 180 days subscription, said yesterday that im gonna do teh same for my old account and nothing.
Only two things bothers me alot, said yesterday by swtor advisor
1 - Swtor don´t want any law suits
2 - e-mail verification is more important than security questions created by yourself… funny how this works
