If your still not receiving the one time password email, checked spam/junk, block list, etc there was one thing someone tried in this thread that worked for them:
http://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-The-Old-Republic/One-Time-password-not-coming/m-p/4927509#M5593
There are other threads so you may want to do a quick search to see if there is a solution that worked. If not then I would recommend contacting customer service at the following:
You can also contact them via Skype for free by calling them and adding:
Simply set the country to U.S.A and you can call them for free
More information using Skype can be found here:

Once they verify your account they should be able to assist from there and may be able to get the email sent or change the email on your account to another email. I use a gmail account and haven't had issues receiving the one time-password in the past.
Once you are able to get back in, I would recommend adding an authenticator to your account. Not only will this provide 100cc free each month, but you will not longer be sent one time password emails every time you login.
There is an official app for iPhone and Android, if you have a Windows phone a standard authenticator app will work too.

Until the issue is fixed you can try contacting customer service to see if they can change the email directly to a different email. As I mentioned I have used a gmail account and received the email within a few minutes before so if you contact customer service they may be able to assist you with this. Since the issue is still occurring it may be quicker to contact customer service to get the issue resolved.
Also I do not work for EA / BW. Majority of the people who respond will be players as this is a player driven forum like on swtor forums.

I'm having the same problem, I have read that it works better with G-mail, but I can't log-in to change any settings. Honestly, Ea - push Star Wars for a higher subscriber count, use the money to improve the game or just shut it the * down. I'm sick of paying these crazy prices for a game that only works half the time. Furthermore, your option to "call" doesn't work for everyone, and submitting a ticket in-game is * stupid, considering a lot of issues are about logging in. Why is there no email section? Or god forbid a live chat option. This game feels like it runs with the bare minimum to keep it barely functioning to milk players for as much money as possible before it eventually gets closed with no notice because it fails to run a profit. Sort your goddamn * out, you overhyped charlatans.
