Also please read you post as a customer to see how stupid it sounds. It's 2AM and all I want is to spend about 2 hours playing swtor so calling customer support it is about the most stupid idea ever.
I hope next time when you take a buss or go to a movie to find the doors shut and get as advice to call customer service to get the door open so you can enjoy the service you already paid for.
The "solved OTP delay" is that I get the mail after more than 1 hour which makes it useless since the session of the game login have a TTL of 15 min
Edit: forgot to mention: this is the second day in a row when I can't log in to the game
