After being inactive for about 3 months I've logged back in because I wanted to play again and realized my money on all my characters is 350k? Before I took a break I remembered...
This has been a restriction on non-subscribers since as long as I can recall

You can view your credits held in Escrow on your Currency tab.
Credit transfers can be purchased using Cartel Coins.
