LOGIN FAILED

So, hi. The problem is that I try to go to the site swtor.com using my username and password, but the system responds LOGIN FAILED, although I go to the game itself through the launcher using the sam...

    few things do you have a security key on the account ? 

    is the password super long like over 10 - 12 characters ?

        I have flagged for support to see if any issues with account, i am not sure if they are online here today will know in an hour though
