Net issue with UPC and Ziggo
This log shows an issue with talking to manifest.swtor.com but last bit of the log says you launched ok
this is likely the system that you mentioned logged in
Looks like the issue is intermittent then for manifest, if the launcher has updated recently though remove and re-add the exceptions for launcher.exe and swtor.exe to the exception lists
for you it looks like the login server was ok
Tried again just now and the launcher now reports: Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection. (208)

This is the same PC it worked on before.
Tried 5 minutes later and it works now.
Actually also no error in server select as I got to my character screen!
Other system not working yet though, will check that out now.
The system that did get through and looking in the GENERAL chat lots of people seem to have this issue.
Looks like it maybe coming good, the VPN mentioned below may help those still having issues if similar to this
The other computer keeps hanging in the launcher screen.
There's the blue circle/loading animation for 5+ minutes now.
The log file shows:

This machine is on the same network as the other PC.
So would tunelling really help me here?
If it is stopping at the same place then likely
Try a modem reboot just in case , the launcher only has to get past the manifest download to continue ok
If clicking this link in a web browser - http://manifest.swtor.com/patch/patcher2014.patchmanifest a small download should occur if it times out its the issue
