Hey folks,

Apologies for the delay in getting a post on the forums, I was running into the same login issues as you guys were but here on the forums.

The login issues should now be resolved, or at least are in the process of recovering. If you receive an error when trying to login, wait 5-10 minutes and try again. You should be able to get in soon. Once you are logged in you may notice your Cartel Coins are missing. This is in the process of being resolved now as well and should be corrected shortly.

Thanks everyone for being patient as we worked through the issue!

Your problem is probably more on your side.

So for help there are more information needed.

An DxDiag an the Launcher Log would help a lot to show what is exactly your problem.

It is best to create a new thread for your launcher issue if it persists , the cause of this thread is resolved.

In all login issues one thing that can be checked is the ability to ping launchpad.swtor.com in a command prompt as administrator, if it responds then login should work, if it doesn't then that will be a net issue as a cause.

Response should look like the one below, in this case login servers are up and contactable from Australia for example

It never resolved, but I cured it...by totally uninstalling then reinstalling TOR, which was loads of fun.
