Lost access to the Sith race in character creation

Hi Answer HQ! I have a problem which I've attempted to get help with through emails to [edit: email address removed] how ever no one seems to be answering... So I am now instead turning to Answer...

Hi @RedRabiah ,

This definitely requires an investigation by the in-game team. I checked your account and your ticket is currently in the queue. With the holidays and the recent server merge, I'll have to ask for your patience as delays are normal. The team will get to your ticket eventually, don't worry!

Hopefully you won't have to wait for too long!

    Looking forward to once again being able to don the red skin of the glorious Sith in my pursuit of furthering my own selfish goals which for now seems aligned with the Sith Empiric agenda.
