Lost most names despite logging in on December 8 and 9?

It was pretty annoying logging into all my alts that I wanted to keep the names of, sometimes multiple times because I was looking into finding cartel items I bought and finding out that unclaimed cartel items were character specific. So I logged in at least twice to a lot of these characters.

I have a few characters that don't require a rename but it seems like maybe those would be taken too given enough time?
