Lost my App Authenticator

Here is the official Guide to the Security key, adding and removing.

Basicly log in on the HP without the Key, click the Lost Token Link use the OTP to remove the old Key, then set up an new one.

When I follow the steps, after I click "Lost your Security Key?" it takes me to www.swtor.com and tells me all help is on EA's site now, thus getting me stuck in a loop.

Did you try, deleting cookies/ clearing Cache, different Browser?

If you best way is to Call them.
