Lost Paid Item in SWTOR

Hello, I need help with regards to an in-game item missing.

I just unboxed one of the Grand Toy packs, and got the Dueling Banner. However once i claimed it in my inventory, it just vanished. The game still recognizes that i own it my collections, but i can't seem to reclaim the item through the collections list either. Could Someone help me and possibly explain whats happening? It would be greatly appreciated.

P.S = I didn't delete either, it just literally vanished as soon as i left clicked it to claim the item for my character.

the duelling banner is not an item you use, it will appear automatically if you challenge (or someone) challenges you to a duel. It's a fancy banner that comes down and swirls around just before your duel begins.

So its not an item, even though it says so in the collection. But ask someone for a duel on the character you used it on and you will see it 🙂

The Grand Toy Pack for certain disappeared, not jumped around in your inventory? When I have trouble claiming an item, it's usually because the loot pop up like window got interrupted somehow and didn't follow through.

There is an Toy called Duell Banner (not sure about exact name) I sold one a few days ago,

it could that it is handeld like an emote.

Okay looked it up in my Collection, there is an Toy called Duelling Banner (name may vary my Client is in German)

That is an Toy, so you should have it as an Item in your Inventory.

Your Toy Cube is really gone, there is no Item?

Not in your Inventory, your bank, legacy Bank, Gildbank you didn't sold it to a Vendor accidentally?

Nope, I was not near a vendor, when it happened.
