Lost Phone with Authentication App

Im having the same issue. There seems to be no way to get to the send one time code page anymore.

From what i read on the support page to get anything done it seems you have to call their support line by phone, Personally i hate talking on the phone with support teams but it seems this is the only way anymore. I remember it being easier with swtor support, they took away the ticket system as far as the actual website goes, smh this is iritating because ive wanted to get back in to my old account and there is no way in the world i am going to make a brand new account just to get back in to the game. I spent countless hours playing swtor on my old account.

It should work if you are using the HP and not the Launcher.

If not I would clear out my cache, deleting Cookies and trying different Browsers including mobile ones.

@Ahrngrim Thank you. So there is another way to get access back. I did as you instructed and now the issue is resolved.
