Try on your phone browser to www.swtor.com , if the link doesnt appear there , you will need to phoen to remove the security key
See db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.
Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc.
I have already tried different browsers and from the mobil phone.. its not there any more..
Why have they removed the button to do it your self??
You cant make a ticket, and the only option is too call the support which has the worst openings hours for me in Denmark..
I might be in shock over how bad the support in this game is..!!The remove link is still there, not sure why it is not appearing for you, unfortunately if it doesnt appear , phoning is the only way to remove the key.

It really doenst look like it is missing, every thing is perfectly aligned and stuff?
