This is just to wierd man..
I guaess there is no way around the phone, stupid support.. I really cant understand, how they think that is lvl of support is ok. it is nothing but trouble.. now i have to wait and wait for the phone to open, and then I have to pay to call the support.! really unhappy here.. !!

Wish I could help more, I gather you do not have skype available , just to be sure you saw my post about using it for free call
I tried it with the uk numbers and i does not work.. and yeah when support opens in ct im sleeping..
I have never seen support like this before.!Skype only works like that with the US number as detailed in the link
