Lost Security, No Prompt

I'm coming back to SWTOR after a year of studies. However I lost my security key and I've been trying to remove it. I followed the instructions provided by the support site--well tried to at least, however I did not get the "Lost your Security Key" prompt when I couldn't log in. I want to contact the support lines, however it was designated "Subscriber Only" so this is the next best thing I can do.

Any suggestions on what can be done?

    When using the lost your security key option online ensure that you first go to the login screen on swtor.com, enter your Display Name and Password, leave security Key blank and then click Login.  Then it should take you to a different screen asking for the security key.  Below the field it should have a link that says "Lost your security key" for you to click on.

    If you don't see it, try a different browser, disable all browser add ons as well.

    If you still need further assistance, you can call Customer Service.  Despite what the help page says, phone service is available for both subscribers and non-subscribers.

    Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc.
