Made an oopsy with Item Xfers between characters.

Made a mistake with transfering items and money.

Alright so I had a Imperial Sniper that I got bored of at level 20. Yuck right? Well, I decided to go switch to operative.

So I xferred my money once and then I xferred the items I had which was a 5 major XP pack and a hutta thing for affection.

Well, I did the COD, not knowing what that meant until later on.

So I logged off the agent after I sent the items, deleted him, made the operative, go to the mail box, loggedo ut and got onto my main where I learned what COD meant!

Well, I sent the items back... only the problem was, I just remembered that I deleted the original with the same name.

Well, now I dont have the items and I would like the items!

For this you will either need to submit and in-game ticket if your a subscriber or email support@swtor.com if you are not a subscriber.

You will need to include the name of your agent, server, when you deleted them and request to have the agent and items that were mailed restored.

It make take 3 - 5 business days for a response but this would be the way to get the items restored.

Also for future reference what you can do is if you have access to a legacy storage on your ship or in a stronghold, you can just deposit both the credits and items to withdraw from the character you want.

  • Well thank you Belgorad, though they couldn't do anything for me in my in game ticket.

Pretty much paid over a hundred dollars only to be given the middle finger after losing really the only reason to play the game.

All my XP boosts are gone and now its pointless to play with how slow it is to level.

Well, I feel screwed and like my money has been stolen. It woudln't be hard to recognize that hey, this guy bought this from the cartel market but nope, they did nothing.

This is the last time I ever touch SWTOR because this is the worst customer service ive seen.

The only reason to play SWTOR is the story for me, and now its pointless considering how good XP boosts are.

    So yea, im out

Thanks again Belgorad. Not mad at you though, just how crappy my experience has been.

I mean, I know its not expensive to get XP boosts, but now I have to pay even more money on top of what ive already paid just to move on in the game.

I would submit another ticket and reference the first one.  Advise you are asking for a chsrchara restore which they can do via the ticket and ask again to have the deleted mail restored again.
