Maelstrom Prison STORY Mode bugged

Question

⚽ does not appear to be level synced -- EXPLOITABLE to get gear, BUT people need this flashpoint for the HK-51 part

🏈 Final Boss bugged. Sometimes stuck and immune to damage, but hitting him does not show "immune". Using /stuck to reset the fight sometimes works but apparently not reliably.
