Magical nonexistent Lightsaber blades, Holocom projection, and jedi council

So I've been trying to play this game now for the past month and I keep getting this weird issue with lightsabers, using the holocom and any kind of like video projection in the game. I've tried uninstalling re-installing, I've ran a repair, I've deleted the Bitraider file and ran it and still having this stupid game breaking glitch where they just don't show up like at all. See screenshot below, any one got ideas?
