Try to go back to the fleet and see if anything happens in your quest log.
Also try to do a normal quest to see if anything triggers.

Tried going to fleet nothing appeared. Tried also going back to Dromund Kaas to get back to Darth Baras and he's locked behind a red wall.
How does this happen? We have to start all over again with a new character now.
This is a related thread in the Bug report forum , worthwhile posting there too in my view.
