Main class story quest gone?

Currently leveling my Sith Warrior, I'm right at the Quesh part of my class story, all was well until 4.0 rolled out, now my class quest is gone from my mission log. Quesh's plant quest line was stil...

Heya @Cold_Rhino13, 

as mentioned before, if you are missing your class quest, please contact customer support with an in game ticket. They will be able to get it back to you 🙂

So it has been a few years since I played and my son wanted me to jump in and play with him. The closest character I have to him has this problem (right where the sith warrior goes to quest to kill the admiral), I am no longer a subscriber so cannot make a ticket. How after 5 years is this problem not fixed...

    send an email from the email linked to the swtor account to support@swtor.com and detail missing sith class quest

    response time is about 3 days at present
