Major issues in SWTOR

I cant access my in game mail on this account

I can access the GTN, but it closes as soon as you try to do anything else

I cannot start or accept trades

I cannot access the guild bank on characters that are authorized to do so

Items claimed from the pack explorer keep resetting their 36 hour timer whenever you hover on the item (some items are a week old and still have a 36 hour timer on them)

These issues started with 7.6 on Tuesday on live.

These issues also started for me on the PTS on the 2nd to last update and persisted through the final update

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled twice, and I even tried installing on Steam with no changes

These issues DO NOT occur on a secondary account that is logged in on the same computer/installation 

These issues do occur when using a second computer, not a virtual machine, a separate computer

    Sorry to hear you're running into this, definitely seems odd. Considering the issues don't show up on a secondary account you may have an account issue specifically.

    Unfortunately we can't help directly with account issues here on the forum for a number of reasons including account security and so for that you need to get in touch with SWTOR support direclty and they'll be able to look into this for you and get you sorted.

    Get in touch with SWTOR support, they should be able to look into this with you and figure out what needs to be done to get you back up and running and into the game.
