Can't it be solved by email? I previously sent a fully informative email with various screenshots and billing information of steam, but so far I have not received any reply.
to update the email on the account will be by phone
US or UK line both are english and open in about an one hours time
edit - you can check they have your email when you call if need ask to upload the screenshots to an ea ticket whilst on the phone
