Messed Up Race Cartel Purchase and Need Help

So I decided to get back into SWTOR for a bit and see how things were. I was downloading the game in the background and was thinking of making a new character with one of the races that were locked from me. I couldn't decide so I decided to make a new character and purchase the Cathar, Twi'lek, and Togruta. When I did that, I thought the game would work like others and when I purchased it they would automatically be assigned to my account, which proved incorrect. I learned this too late, however, as I had already deleted the character and tried to make a new one with one of these races when I saw they were still locked.

So in summary, I bought 3 race tokens on a new character, deleted character before redeeming tokens, and now I'm sad and hoping I can either get the tokens back or a refund of Cartel coins.  The total cost was 1,600 coins (600 for each race except the Togruta which was only 400). I would appreciate any assistance in the matter.

    For refund requests or getting the tokens put back on your another character you would need to call customer service, they cannot assist with that here.  As for restoring the deleted character if your a subscriber you can create an in-game ticket to have them restore the character.  Note that due to back log of tickets a response may take 2 - 4 weeks but could be sooner or later, just depends on fast they can get to the ticket.

    I've found that putting scooby in the character restore ticket seems to make it sooner rather than later (and it can't hurt to put it). I have never had to wait more than about 5 days for a restore using scooby in the ticket.
