Mind Your Step (Master) bug

I ran Uprising "Trial and Error" and completed the achievement requirement for Mind your step (MASTER) but it didnt complete.

My specs are here irrelevant because my entire guild had these issues. So it doesnt matter if Intel or AMD processor, nor it matters if AMD or Nvidia, RAM etc. is also irrelevant. It happens almost all the time on any device.

I have video as proof of having done everything I needed but it has 1.2 GB so its impossible to send here.
