SW:TOR - 409 - Conflict
Hey guys, I have a small issue with my SWTOR account. I want to subscribe for the game, but whenever I try to issue 409 comes out and it tells me the following "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance." I dont know how to contact customer support. Is there a chat or an email I can access, since the only way for me to directly contact them is through a phone call from what I can see.

It's been 48 hours unable to login on these trash servers. No I'm not using a vpn, yes I tried changing my DNS, yes I've restarted my device, yes I've waited 12-24 hours before trying again, and yes I'm using the right login information. Can't login on browser or launcher and I've tried both steam and dl the game direct from website. Hello, I bought the "Short Locks" haircut via the cartel market, but it has a big visual bug: my character's skull crosses the hair when I move, which gives a very poor result (intertwining textures, clipping effect). I got back into the game after a few years a month and a half back and since then I have been plagued with random unrepeatable crashing of the game. The game can crash on launch, I can be idle, in a fight, walking, on a speeder, in a cutscene, open up a menu, basically anything can cause the game to crash. I have lowered the graphics, updated driver, verified files, repaired the game, deleted the client settings, and optimized my game to run on my desktop (which is just ultra settings on all). I am at a lose of what to do and so frustrated.
