Struggling to reset password
Hi, I know my email and username on my account but are unable to reset the password because it asks for security code. I am unable to log on to set it up again or remove it and get know where to reset the account somehow. How do I proceed to get in touch with someone that I can remove the security code or gain it? I use PCI cant log in to the game, please help.
Hello everyone. I haven't played SW TOR in a while, but today I decided to revisit the old days and encountered the following problem. I downloaded the game from Steam and it worked fine until today. Let me get to the point. I log in to my account through the launcher, and the first thing that comes up is that the launcher's main page after successful authentication shows no news about the game (screenshot #1). Then, after I click the PLAY button, the launcher closes and the game window opens, showing the loading screen with Darth Malgus from the current DLC, which we're so used to seeing. Immediately after, the window closes by itself. I've already tried basic advice like "updating drivers," "reinstalling the game," and "restarting the computer," but to no avail. Since my last successful session, my Windows hasn't updated, nor have my drivers (before the SWTOR issue). What other useful information can I provide? P.S. The only thing I haven't tried is downloading the game directly from the website, rather than via Steam.When will i get cartel coins
My security key app was associated on January 11th 2026, and I did get cartel coins then, but after that in February I got them 11 days late, and now it's March 24th and I still haven't gotten any cartel coins. Guys can you help me a bit because I am tired of fixing the launcher issues by myself. I will enumerate some of the problems: Entering User then Password, but instead of logging in, I am reset similar to server down, but they are up. After I re-sync for n time the date and reset the router + restart etc, mostly 30 mins or 40, I bypass the password and I have to introduce the security key, but when I press enter the security key case window is overlapped with my user (Interface bug). After I remove and add the SWTOR launcher from Allow in firewall apps, I manage to enter the game just to get stuck into the continuous loading screen without possibility to choose servers. And after many attempts combining all the above and Steam line (by the way this happens on both net launcher and steam launcher, because YES I ALSO REINSTALLED), sometimes I manage to bypass the loading screen but I get the no servers bug. This is insane. I tried reaching mailto:support@swtor.com but now I have to call them. Most of these issues I fixed using a combination but every week after an update is release, I have to redo all my previous work. Does anyone know how to fix this? Hello, I'm contacting you regarding one of my characters, "Fïrdaws," which I can no longer play. I tried to go to Ilum with him, and now the game closes before the planet loading bar finishes. I've attached the error message. All my drivers are up to date, and the graphics settings are at their lowest. I would greatly appreciate your help with this. Hello, I purchased the HK-55 expansion and have already completed the mission on one of my characters. However, when I try to access it on another character, it is not available, even though I meet all the requirements. I do have access to The Shroud of Memory and have completed it successfully. I have looked up this issue online and found references to a possible bug. I was therefore wondering if this could be my case, and if so, how it can be fixed, especially since it is not possible to contact customer support without an active subscription...
