Hello, Bought Cartel Coins but have not received them. Also bought twice because the first one didn't go through so would like the second purchase canceled.

support found the account and can see you got both coins delivered
the invoices are still closing and refunds can be actioned after the invoice status changes to close
can you confirm you want one purchase refunded ? just be sure not to spend the coins until the refund action has been completed
