Missing Cartel Coins
Hi. I recently bought 5500 Cartel Coins for 35€ through the in-game shop, but the coins are missing alongside the money I used to buy them.

See how the transaction says "Open" that needs to change to "Closed" if that changes and still nothing can follow up but will need the account name

I bought 14500 Cartel Coins the day before I tried buying the 5500 CC I was talking about and those 14500 CC got added immediately after I bought them through in-game add coins option.
This morning, I bought 450 CC that despite still showing as open, came through immediately (I used swtor.com this time).
Last thing I'm confused about is that 35€ FAILED transaction 1 minute after I bought the 5500 CC yesterday.
Also my account name is ZegaFIN.
Support can see some purchases were declined by the bank
The purchase that is still open ,you do need for that to change to either "failed" or "closed" in the system before anything further can be done with itas mentioned if you dont get the coins if it closes then pop back can chase up again for you
Ok. I'll wait then.
Update on the situation: It turned from OPEN to CLOSED, yet the coins haven't arrived.
