Not an option for me unfortunately, as I had already progressed past that mission by the time I realised. ☹️
For the record, I am still, after today's patch (both of them) missing Torian on my female BH. He was in my list between the time I talked to the Mandos and went to my ship and disappeared when I finished the Taris questline to go on to Quesh.
It'd be nice if this could be fixed as it seems to have been going on a while.
I can confirm I am still missing Zenith on my Consular as well. Finished Hoth to see if it jogged anything, but nope. Got the next companion fine though.
Reading these comments it seems to be a problem with the Balmorra/Taris Act 2 companion?
I have pretty much the exact same issue. I've tried a few recommended quick fixes, waited for the patch, sadly none of it worked out.
A Bioware employee replied to my ticket in-game, however the fix they suggested didn't do anything for me. They told me to reset my class quest and it should have been fixed with the last patch, however I am still missing Zenith on my Consular even after resetting.
Would really appreciate if we could get confirmation this is a known issue that can be fixed or whether my character has just completely lost the chance to recruit him...
I'm having this problem as well to varying degrees. None of my toons who had companions the night before 4.0 happened can summon any companions from the crew skills window as those buttons are completely missing, there's no ui spot on the screen for them to even click on that to resummon the one that was summoned before (nothing to show a portrait or anything). It was suggested to me to hit N to open summon them, but it doesn't do anything. N has never done anything, I've always used the crew skills window. Weird thing is I can craft with them, but that's it. Since I can't summon them to me I can't hunt/quest/level/etc. I've had a ticket in for a good week now about it and no one will reply to me. Lots of other glitches too that aren't companion related since 4.0 happened that haven't been fixed (no indicator of quests ready to turn in over npcs (used to be green) - just looks like normal quest icons, can't use the fabricator droids in my house - error message saying that I can't interact with them, lvl 49s (my highest toons) missing skills that weren't mentioned in the patch notes for any reason). The game is unplayable and I'm really hoping for some sort of credit or something for them breaking the game while I'm paying for a subscription, which will have to be cancelled if they don't fix this stuff really soon. It's really boring sitting around my stronghold twiddling my thumbs! I really don't want to have to start all of these characters all over again because I'd also lose all their money, items, collection permissions, strongholds, decorations...everything. And we shouldn't have to start all our characters over again just because they put out an update.
