On both Soa transition phase, when the floor begins to fall, the platforms are invisible. Sometimes only a few are missing other times all of them are missing. (see screenshot)
This happened to all players in the operation, regardless of hardware, and seemed to change every failed attempt of the fight. We had to put markers on the ground to players that wasn't seeing anything to follow, so we can complete the fight.
None of the missing floor texture were resolved from changes in graphics settings.
This has actually been happening in EV for several months. Some guildies have stated switching to higher graphics and 60FPS solved the problem for them, it didn't for me. One work around is to follow a guildie who can see the floors, or you can look up and see where the floor will fall from which helped me.
Unfortunately I think this is a Bioware or server issue and not one we can readily solve at the user level.
