Missing Kallig's mask

To get the mask mailed you would need to submit an in-game ticket regarding the issue and they will mail it to your character in-game. I had this issue as well and that was what I did to get the item.
Note you have to be a subscriber in order to submit an in-game ticket. If you are not a subscriber, you can try to email support@swtor.com but if they refer you to an in-game ticket then you would need to subscribe for at least one month to submit the ticket.
Well, I have sent them an email today. I shall see what comes of it.
