Missing Legacy Unlocks?

Came back to the game after being gone for many years and noticed some of the races I had previously unlocked are no longer available. I'm looking at my purchases and I can clearly see [2013-1-13  Legacy Unlock: Sith Pureblood], [2013-1-25 Legacy Unlock: Rattataki]. Neither of these are available now during character creation.

The only one I purchased that is working is [2018-1-1 Legacy Unlock: Chiss] and that is only on the Satele Shan server.

But I happen to have access to Miraluka, Cathar, Nautolan and Togruta even though I see no record of purchasing them?

Just seems weird to come back to the game and my options are all over the place now.
